As our products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partner Gelato, please read our policy carefully to understand how refunds and returns are handled.


Made-to-Order Products

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

All our products are custom printed on demand. This means each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Please make sure to check product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the issue (e.g. misprint, damage, incorrect item).
  • Provide your order number and full description of the problem.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit or arrives later than expected, please contact us so we can investigate with Gelato and the shipping provider.
Note: Shipping delays due to customs, holidays, or courier issues are out of our control, but we’ll do our best to help.

Wrong Address

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, and the package is returned to the sender, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees for resending the item.

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 1–3 business days.
